Alittle while later we started to notice a indicator issue on the side that was damage, one phone call and they took the car in and gave us a courtesy car until they found the fault, within a hour we had the fault found and fixed for free. "Can I just say that ARC has been the easiest company ever to deal with. When your vehicle needs to be repaired and all the time it is off the road you are losing money. My vehicle is used for school transport so half term is the best time to get it repaired. Other companies just said it can not be done. I phoned and spoke with a lovely lady Becky. I explained my problem and she said bring the car down and we will have a look and confirm that we can do it. My driver brought the vehicle down and was expecting to be waiting for ages before being seen. He walked in the office and was dealt with in a few minutes. Becky confirmed it could be done during half term. We have just collected the vehicle 2 days earlier than expected. What a great service this is a family run business and it shows that they actual care and listen to you highly recommended."

Within 1 hour and 45 minutes of having the crash I had dropped my car to them and had one of their courtesy cars on my drive, amazing! And to add to this it was a day before the bank holiday weekend so to have a replacement car that quite was great! As for the actual repairs, absolute faultless, my car now looks brand new!
